Infrastructure Operations Technician

This role involves monitoring and maintaining compute, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure to ensure high service availability while troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a 24x7 operational environment. The Infrastructure Operations Technician installs and supports data center and lab infrastructure, executes operational procedures, and collaborates with engineering and security teams to maintain stable and secure services. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement with an average of two days per week in an HPE office.
