Infrastructure Program Lead - Disaster Management

An Infrastructure Program Lead at ICF supports city and county governments in Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, or Hawaii on federally funded disaster recovery and mitigation efforts focused on housing and infrastructure. The role is part of ICF’s Disaster Management division and works with federal and local stakeholders to implement Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) infrastructure programs. This position is primarily remote with periodic on-site work in the specified region.
