About this role

As a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer at Alpen Labs, you will lead the security of the company's cloud infrastructure, production systems, and operational environments supporting a global Bitcoin platform. You will design secure systems, manage vulnerability programs, and embed security throughout the software lifecycle while collaborating with engineering teams to enhance detection and response capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain security controls across AWS and cloud-native infrastructure
Lead infrastructure hardening initiatives for servers, containers, and cloud services
Drive identity and access management programs including RBAC and secrets management
Own vulnerability management processes and remediation programs
Build security monitoring and lead incident response efforts
