Senior Technical Analyst supporting Citi’s Production Support Command Centre Infrastructure Operations for Network & Distributed technologies. The role operates from a regional Command Centre to provide global service monitoring, Level 1/Level 2 infrastructure support, and change implementation in partnership with regional and shift leadership. It reports to the Regional Lead and collaborates with operations teams across North and South America, Europe, and Asia to maintain large-scale infrastructure services.
