About this role
Always Compassionate Health is hiring Home Infusion Field Registered Nurses to provide home-based infusion care for patients across the Hudson Valley (Ulster/Sullivan/Columbia). The role focuses on initiating and continuing infusion care through in-home visits while partnering with an internal intake team to ensure smooth patient onboarding. The position offers flexible case-based scheduling with a minimum of 10 hours per week.
