About this role

The Infusion Nurse II provides advanced home infusion care, developing and implementing nursing plans, administering treatments, and educating patients and families. The role involves direct patient assessments, coordination with clinical teams, documentation for billing, and occasional line insertions, while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement intermediate nursing care plans
Assess patient status and modify treatment plans
Provide training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s
Coordinate discharge planning and complete clinical documentation
Insert PICC/Midlines and manage central line care

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted RN licenseCurrent CPR certificationBachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
