Infusion Pharmacist

The Infusion Pharmacist is a full-time, on-site role near Kent, WA, responsible for overseeing the safe preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of infusion therapies. The pharmacist verifies orders, performs clinical assessments, prepares sterile admixtures, collaborates with the care team, manages inventory, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides patient counseling and follow‑up.
