About this role

Responsible for administering and coordinating the plant innovation ideas system and managing the schedule of management meetings and special events. Consolidates operational and administrative information to generate plant reports and supports development of the role for potential progression to higher positions. Works within the plant environment to support continuous improvement, reporting, and recognition programs. Acts as a liaison for customer visits and internal plant communication.
