About this role
A Continuous Improvement (Lean) Engineer at VKR France (VELUX) supports site performance by identifying improvement opportunities and driving Lean initiatives. Reporting to the Site Director, the role works with production, logistics and quality teams to deploy Lean tools and build team capabilities. It also involves collaborating with other European Lean teams to share best practices and support sustainable improvement.
