The Blending Supervisor supports the Recycling Department Assistant Manager and Manager in achieving KPIs within the remelting operation. This role involves directly managing inventory and assisting with blending operations to maximize PU scrap utilization while minimizing prime rates. The position works closely with Ingot Receivers and Chief Furnace Operators to ensure proper execution of scrap segregation, charge planning, and cost-effective blending, reporting to the Cast House Manager.
