Initial Assessment & Planning Worker

The Initial Assessment & Planning Worker serves as the first point of contact for individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their housing, providing compassionate intake, assessment, and referral services. The role involves conducting comprehensive risk assessments, delivering crisis intervention, and connecting clients with appropriate community resources to support pathways toward stability and long-term housing outcomes. This fixed-term full-time position is based in Geelong, VIC, and reports to the Team Leader.
