Injection Molding Apprentice

This role involves learning and assisting with the setup, startup, optimization, and troubleshooting of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment within a manufacturing environment. The position requires supporting Process Technicians and Engineers to maintain efficient manufacturing processes and participate in mold changeovers and production startups. Candidates will engage in continuous improvement activities and learn to work with automation systems and material handling equipment.
