Injection Molding Engineer

This role involves developing and modifying process parameters for injection molding plastic components, conducting design of experiments, and redesigning systems to ensure manufacturing reliability. The position requires coordinating with internal tooling and manufacturing teams to meet product specifications and resolve customer complaints through root cause analysis. The successful candidate will maintain engineering documentation, create BOMs, and develop QC inspection procedures in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
