Injection Molding Mechanic

This position is responsible for maintaining the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of injection molding and One-Step manufacturing equipment throughout the assigned shift. The role involves diagnosing equipment malfunctions, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, addressing quality concerns, and minimizing unplanned downtime to support production goals. The mechanic collaborates with production operators, supervisors, and specialists to ensure equipment performance meets established safety and operating standards.
