The Injection Systems Engineer provides deep technical expertise and enterprise-level support for injection molding machinery and related systems across the RPSNAB network. The role focuses on machine-side performance optimization, lifecycle planning, and benchmarking of machinery and suppliers while aligning mold and machine system design. The position supports plants with troubleshooting, obsolescence mitigation, performance upgrades, and training to ensure reliability and competitiveness of the injection platform fleet.

Qualifications
