About this role

The Ink Specialist (Offset Printing) role ensures design and recipe control for new product launches, manages ink inventory, and coordinates with production teams to optimize consumption and reduce waste. The position involves interpreting print requirements, making necessary ink revisions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, and product development departments. This role reports to the Technologist and deputizes for the CTP & Graphic Specialist when needed.

Responsibilities

Ensure design and recipe control prior to new product launches
Determine unit ink consumption and coordinate corrective actions
Define and implement plans for cost reduction and waste reduction
