Inline Trainer

The Inline Trainer serves as a mentor and trainer to manufacturing associates, ensuring they are competent to perform tasks independently while maintaining training compliance and operational standards. This role involves reinforcing training, facilitating new hire orientation, and coordinating onboarding to accelerate time-to-competency. The position also supports production during critical times and drives continuous improvement and zero defects in the assigned area.
