Inmate Program Specialist- Detention Center

Under the direction of the Captain of Administrative Services, this role monitors facility program assignments and serves as the case manager for adjudication operations while detainees are confined in the Detention Center. The position involves coordinating various services, ensuring policy compliance, and collaborating with community agencies to support detainee and inmate well-being. The role also includes monitoring work release programs, administering drug tests, and acting as a PREA advocate to ensure safety and confidentiality.
