The Dining Room Supervisor oversees Front of House dining operations across the Library Lounge, AM Dining, PM Dining, and In-Room Dining at the Biltmore estate. The role ensures service quality and adherence to Biltmore and Forbes 4-Star standards, while supporting a positive guest experience and staff development. This is a flexible, part-time position with weekend and holiday availability, and includes leadership coverage when the Restaurant Manager is absent.
