About this role

The Innovation & AI Operations Coordinator supports the firm's Innovation and AI function by providing operational, coordination, and process support across initiatives, pilots, and products. This role ensures activities are captured, prioritized, and progressed structurally while acting as a key point of contact for incoming AI and legal technology requests. The coordinator maintains operational discipline and facilitates collaboration among diverse teams to drive the adoption of new tools and ways of working.

Responsibilities

Manage and improve the Innovation and AI intake process
Coordinate operational delivery of legal technology pilots and demonstrations
Maintain and update operational trackers, dashboards, and product inventories
Plan and coordinate training sessions to support technology adoption
Collect and analyze user feedback and usage metrics for reporting
