Innovation Officer

The Innovation Officer supports the implementation and monitoring of innovation initiatives within Living Goods' Technical Assistance model, serving as a link between the Global Support Function and Country Program Teams. The role facilitates coordination, information flow, and the testing of innovative approaches to improve community health systems and service delivery. It involves translating innovation strategy into practical solutions, gathering field feedback, and contributing to continuous program improvement. The position also supports documentation, learning, and knowledge sharing to inform global strategy and enhance community health outcomes.
