The Innovation and Transformation Advisor plays a strategic role in driving hospital-wide change, innovation, and transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Director, this role involves providing expert advice on project execution, change management, and organizational transformation to support the hospital's strategic objectives.
William Osler Health System is an acute care hospital system serving Brampton, North Etobicoke, Caledon, and surrounding areas in Ontario, Canada. It operates three main hospital sites — Brampton Civic Hospital, Etobicoke General Hospital, and Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness — along with a Reactivation Care Centre and a Withdrawal Management Centre.
