- Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology
- Graduate of APA/CPA-Approved Doctoral Program
- Completion of APA/CPA-Approved Internship
- Post-Doctoral Fellowship or 5+ Years Licensed Experience
- ABPP Eligibility/Board Certification in Neuropsychology/Rehabilitation/Clinical/Health
- Georgia License Eligible or Licensed
- BLS Certification
- ABPP-CN or ABPP-RP (Preferred)
