Inpatient Coder

The Inpatient Coder supports the facility's reimbursement goals by accurately and timely coding inpatient, observation, and outpatient surgery records. This role involves examining and interpreting electronic medical documentation to assign appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes for clean claim submission. The position operates under the general supervision of the Coding Supervisor.
