Inpatient Coding Auditor and Educator, Centralized Coding

The Inpatient Coding Auditor and Educator performs complex internal coding audits for inpatient, outpatient, and physician office accounts to ensure compliance with documentation and billing standards. This role involves leading coding audit projects, providing education and training to coding and CDI staff, and serving as a resource for coding-related inquiries. The position also includes participating in the ICD-10 Steering Committee and collaborating with leadership to maintain organizational compliance and ethical standards.
