About this role
The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant at ThedaCare provides supportive care within the hospice program for patients with life-limiting illnesses, contributing to the organization's vision of proactive, compassionate health care. The role operates under the supervision of LPN/RN or nurse leaders and is part of an interdisciplinary care team. This is a 0.8 FTE position based in Appleton, WI with a 2:00pm–10:00pm schedule.
