The Hospice Registered Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses in an inpatient hospice unit, managing admissions and care for up to 10 patients. The role focuses on coordinating individualized care plans, serving as a liaison between patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring quality end-of-life care.
