Inpatient RN CAP 2

The Inpatient RN CAP 2 provides and coordinates clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. As a member of the kidney disease healthcare team, this role participates in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes. The position may involve delegation of tasks to direct patient care staff and serves as a resource and mentor for employees.
