The Staff Nurse is a professional RN who provides direct nursing care to an assigned patient population within the Driscoll Health System. The role uses the nursing process to plan and deliver effective patient care within the Texas Nursing Practice Act and the health system’s vision of integrated, high-quality care. The nurse practices within established standards of practice and maintains competence for the service line or area of assignment.

Qualifications
- BSN Preferred
- Current RN License in the State of Texas
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR)
- Advanced Specialty Courses (ASC)
