The Inside Plant Technician (ISP) is a telecommunications specialist responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications infrastructure within buildings and facilities. The role involves operating telephone maintenance consoles, troubleshooting service outages, and managing planned maintenance systems in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
