Inside Property Adjuster

As an Inside Property Adjuster, you will investigate and validate loss details for complex homeowners claims up to $250,000, determining coverage and negotiating settlements within assigned authority. This role requires determining subrogation and fraud potential, assessing damages, and serving as a resource to junior team members while resolving escalated customer concerns. Candidates must possess extensive experience in writing repair estimates, managing high-value properties across all exposures, and navigating complex loss scenarios such as storm and water claims.
