Inside Sales Associate (mIwId) – Next Generation Sales Program

The Inside Sales Associate role within the Next Generation Sales Academy provides a comprehensive onboarding and training program for recent graduates to build sales and technology competencies. The position focuses on identifying new business opportunities through outbound activities and lead follow-up for B2B enterprise, commercial, or public sector clients. Associates are responsible for developing account management skills, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting activity metrics while progressing toward an Inside Sales Account Manager role.
