Inside Sales Associate - Parts & Services

The Inside Sales Associate - Parts & Services supports the growth and retention of existing customers by driving the sale of parts and services following the initial product sale. This role manages the commercial side of the post-sale customer lifecycle, from sales inquiry and quotation through order processing, fulfillment, invoicing, and customer follow-up. The position focuses on identifying incremental parts and service opportunities, developing customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth within the existing customer base.
