This remote position involves receiving inbound calls from marketing campaigns for ADT's Personal Emergency Response Service to identify customer needs and close sales. The role requires guiding qualified prospects through the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and making follow-up calls to leads. The representative will work a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday rotations.
