Inside Sales – Parts

The Inside Parts Salesperson provides parts lookup and ordering for end-user customers, requiring a strong understanding of industrial and commercial boiler systems. This role involves conducting inside sales activities, including researching part requests, providing customer quotes, and following up on unprocessed quotes to ensure excellent customer communication. The position also supports the service organization with internal parts ordering, factory interaction, and order tracking.
