Inside Sales Rep I

The Inside Sales Representative I manages assigned customer accounts and supports the full lifecycle of customer orders. This position responds to product and service inquiries, prepares timely and accurate quotations, enters and maintains sales orders, resolves routine customer issues, and ensures customer and order information is complete and current within the ERP system. The role collaborates with Outside Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure customer needs and internal business requirements are met.
