About this role

The Inside Sales Representative at Confluent is responsible for managing the full sales cycle of new opportunities up to $100K within assigned strategic accounts in the Singapore and Greater China region. The role involves prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals, while collaborating with senior Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions using Confluent’s data streaming platform. Successful candidates should have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a tech-related field, and be proficient in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to support effective communication with clients.
