The Inside Sales Representative I supports specialty dealers within YETI’s wholesale business by partnering with Sales Representatives and internal teams to deliver reliable service and strong operational and sales execution. This role is responsible for day-to-day dealer support activities and plays an important part in ensuring a positive dealer experience across assigned accounts. Responsibilities

Support specialty dealers with day-to-day account needs and sales operations
Manage inbound customer inquiries regarding product availability and order status
Resolve order issues and monitor case queues to ensure service-level expectations
