Inside Sales Representative

Red Cap is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to build customer relationships, identify needs, and drive sales from initial contact through order completion. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, making outbound calls, preparing quotes, processing orders, and collaborating with the outside sales team to meet sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
