Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary contact and consultant at the assigned PAR branch, responsible for recommending solutions, quoting prices, and fulfilling orders for equipment and services based on customer needs. This role ensures excellent customer service through timely product distribution, manages price negotiations, and resolves customer issues. The representative also generates leads, maintains accounts, and coordinates with dispatch to manage customer expectations regarding delivery.
