Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative identifies, develops, and grows sales opportunities within the Rigging business for new and existing customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions. The role involves preparing quotes, processing sales orders for rigging equipment, and providing technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs. This position requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and industry standards while supporting outside sales representatives to ensure timely order fulfillment.
