Inside Sales Representative

Miltec UV is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, from quoting and pricing through production, fulfillment, and post-sale support. This role serves as a central hub, coordinating with Sales, Production, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure accurate processing, on-time delivery, and strong customer satisfaction. The position oversees pricing, customer accounts, complaints, RMAs, collections support, and maintains accurate data in CRM and ERP systems.
