Inspection/Soldering

This role is part of the Inspection/Soldering team on the production floor, responsible for verifying circuit boards, solder joints, and component placement to ensure electronic assemblies meet quality standards. The position involves identifying defects, performing basic touch-up soldering, and maintaining equipment performance while adhering to IPC criteria and manufacturing instructions. The team functions as the primary heartbeat of the factory, supporting production operations to ensure overall company success.
