About this role

This role ensures the smooth operation, inspection, and compliance of Automated Fare Collection (AFC) systems to support revenue protection and passenger service. You will inspect fare gates and ticketing machines, coordinate with maintenance teams to identify faults, and assist passengers with ticketing issues while maintaining detailed system logs.
