Install and Service Technician

The Install and Service Technician is responsible for installing, programming, and troubleshooting security burglar alarms, surveillance video, CCTV, and related systems for both commercial and residential clients. This role involves ensuring all work complies with company procedures and building codes while providing reliable customer support and instruction on system operation. The technician also maintains company vehicles and inventory, completes required documentation, and performs system testing and signal verification.
