Installation & Activation Technician

This role involves the professional installation and activation of wireless broadband and fiber-to-the-home/business services at customer locations. The technician is responsible for setting up customer premise equipment, ensuring proper cabling and grounding, and performing troubleshooting and maintenance on network infrastructure. The position requires providing exceptional customer service, educating clients on their new services, and maintaining accurate documentation of all work performed.
