Installation - Maint - Repair

This role provides excellent customer service to guests at Collins Lake Resort and The Grand Lodges H.O.A. while maintaining safe and clean amenities and properties. The position involves responding to guest and homeowner inquiries, resolving issues, and performing various maintenance and security tasks as designated by supervisors. The incumbent is responsible for documenting occurrences throughout the work shift and ensuring the overall satisfaction and safety of the community.
