About this role

The Installation Manager leads the Projects team to execute installation, relocation, and decommissioning of Port and Border security equipment across the Americas. This role involves managing field teams, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The position requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in project management and complex electromechanical system deployments.

Responsibilities

Lead installation team leads and technicians for security equipment projects
Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans
Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and external vendors
Produce project estimates and cost projections for bids
Ensure projects meet schedules, quality, and customer commitments

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction ManagementPMP CertificationCCM Certification10+ years in project managementCBP or TSA project management experience
