The Installation Technician for Tires as a Service (TaaS) is a field-based technician who plans, coordinates and performs hardware installations on customer trucks. The role ensures installation quality and ongoing hardware performance, supervises or trains third-party installers, and manages reception, storage, scanning and registration of hardware equipment. The technician also performs field troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
