Telamon
The Installer Apprentice is an entry-level role providing on-the-job training and structured instruction to develop foundational skills for telecommunications equipment installation in a Central Office environment. Under close supervision, the apprentice learns and performs installation, maintenance, and servicing of telecommunications equipment. Upon successful completion of the training phase, apprentices advance to a Level I Installer role, gaining hands-on field experience while working alongside experienced mentors.
